Suite Rental Check-In Process

River View Lodge is a hybrid between a boutique hotel, and private home rental. We have four unique suites available to rent when the full property is not rented out for weddings events. Each suite has its own coded padlock on the suite door, and there is a coded lock on the front door to the building.

Please note, there are no employees on staff like a traditional hotel. Depending on the time of your rental and check-in, there is a high probably you may meet one of the owners, but we often get last minute booking requests at all hours of the day. We make every effort to greet our guests when possible, but it doesn’t always work with the schedule. The nature of our rentals most closely aligns with that of a private home rental such as an AirBNB.

For those that are familiar with an AirBNB check-in process, ours is similar! When you rent a suite with us, you will receive an automated email and text message from us, inviting you to access your boarding pass link. When you click the link, the picture to the left is what you will see, with the updated current temperature and your check-in info, of course.

When you click “verify me,” it will ask ask to collect a couple of details such as your name, a picture of your ID, and a credit card to have on file for incidentals. Again, because we cannot guarantee we will be on site to check you in, this process allows a seamless, convenient and secure virtual check-in process for you and all of our guests. Once you are verified, that button will update to say, “check-in instructions.” Click on that button again to access your codes to the front of the building, to your suite, and to access all other important property info!
